But some factory using lower quality axles, they are reduce the Axle Beam thickness (such as the 13T thickness is 13mm, but other supplier might making it as 10mm, it will reduce lots cost, but it will affect truck trailer loading capacity very badly) .

Raw materials we are using: SUP6(60Si2Mn), SUP9(50CrV), SUP11A(50CrV4), etc. Thickness: if less than 16mm: SUP6. if between 16~25mm: SUP9. if more than 25mm: SUP11A
Others might use 65Mn, the outlook is similar, but it might broken very easily if the load goods is heavy. Some other factory they might reduce other pieces spring thickness, width, length. It can saving cost, but it will affect real Loading capacity badly.
