What are the components of DTG Group side wall semi trailer?
#1. High side board. The side wall is divided into a flat plate & a vertical corrugated board. Can be detached / welded to death.
#2. Side wall trailer frame. Frame is the main and important part of load-bearing. It is composed of cross beams, main beams, side beams, tilted supports.
#3. King pin of drop deck trailer. The traction pin is an important component, it has 2″ & 3.5″ type (the whole world is this 2 types king pin), it is connects the high side semi trailer to the tractor & withstands traction, and it is connected to the traction seat.
#4. Axles & tires. Cargo trailer 3 axle assemblies of the same structure are installed under the suspension, it normally has leaf spring suspension, airbag (booster) suspension, boige suspension system.

3, You arrange 30% deposit by Bank T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), and send the Bank Slip Copy back to us.
4, We send final Official Drawing to you, and after Deposit arrive (normally about 3 days for International transfer), we arrange Manufacture schedule immediately.
5, We update you the manufacture process in time.
6, After finished manufacture, will send you details Pictures / Videos to your confirm.
7, You arrange rest 70% Balance to us by Bank T/T (normally about 3 days for International transfer).
8, After confirmed your Balance arrived, we will arrange Ocean shipping to your Destination Sea port. (Also we will buy Insurance for your products shipping, in case any bad things happen during ocean shipping).
9, Before Issue the Final Original B/L (Bill of Lading), we will send you draft to confirm in advance.
10, After Shipping Company issued the Original B/L (also, our company will issue the Packing List, Commercial Invoice), then we will using DHL Courier to your details address (your home /office address, or even your Customs Clearance agent address all okay).
11, After you got the original files, you can working with your local Customs Clearance agent together, to got the products from the sea port.
